Those of you that know me pretty well know that I’m a city girl so for me to have put this tent up in less than 3 days (just kidding) is a minor miracle! the tent part is easy because it’s self -contained but the “fly” was a challenge for me. Thank goodness for my neighbor because she helped me figure out which lines to put the stakes into (it was NOT intuitive). And then of course, putting the gear back into the one bag did NOT happen but that could be good or bad – it might be that two containers will allow me more space in my cart or it might not. When Chuck is done drying (I put another coat of waterproof spray on it) i will check it out. it’s all going to be live and learn. but it’s not second nature for me yet. i hope it will soon become second nature…sigh..but i am glad i went with the two person tent (two of me maybe but certainly not two people of normal height) for multiple reasons.
